Rose walked silently and gracefully through the crowded streets of the market, her scent of roses and her long, snow white hair flowing behind her. She quietly hummed a soft melody. Her pale, white skin and her white hair stood out from her black dress, the same with her redish eyes. She walked closer to a wooden bench, her arms swaying beside her.

When she arrived at the bench, she stared at it for a while, standing erect. Then she abruptly turned around and sat down. She fingered the black lace at the bottom of her dress, not knowing what to do. She couln't have a conversation with anybody. She didn't know how to talk! She only knew a few words. But those weren't enough for a conversation. She had trouble understanding the others, too, since she didn't know any words. Rose never learned how to talk because she was taken away at the age of three. So her family was never able to teach her. |

Ryne came to a halt, the smell of the Flower was closer, and fresher now. Rose was somewhere at this market. She panted heavily as she sniffed the air again, "Kaaye, you go that way, I'll go this way." She signaled with her tail to left and right, before circling right around the market.
"I'm almost there...Rose.." She whispered, as she ducked behind boxes to stay out of sight of the humans.

Kaaye sniffed the air around her. "Right," Kaaye said to Ryne, going the other way.

Kaaye had changed into a wolf, but she was hiding in the shadows. She headed towards the scent of the Flower Maiden. Then, as she was thinking of what the Flower Maiden would be like, she saw someone. It was a girl. She was sitting on a bench. She had long, white hair and she smelled of roses. Kaaye could only see the back of her but she knew who it was. Kaaye raised her head and howled, telling Ryne that she had found Her.

As Rose was fingering with the lace at the bottom of her dress, she heard something strange. It was the howl of a wolf. Rose turned around in the bench to see a white wolf. Rose got up, still staring at the wolf. [/color] ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ |

Ryne froze in her tracks, she heard the howling of Kaaye, the white wolf.
She turned, and followed the sound of Kaaye's voice. her heart was pounding faster, Had she found Rose? Or was Kaaye hurt? Ryne began to run faster, not caring if humans saw her.
She stared at the melon stand ahead of her, she would have to jump. She ran swiftly, and when the time came, she jumped, sailing over the wide-eyed humans.
She landed perfectly, not hurting any of her paws. She smiled slightly, then ran to where Kaaye was standing.
"What is it?" She woofed, then she saw the Maiden who was sitting on the bench. Her hair was long, and white with roses in it. She wore a long black dress, and her eyes were a light red.
Ryne sniffed the air unbelievingly, she smelled the flowers she had been following ever since she could walk.
"...Rose...?" She managed to woof.

Rose walked slowly towards the, now two, wolves. Her hair blew in the wind behind her, her scent of roses following her path.

Rose bent down to the wolves. She lifted her delicate hands and petted both of the wolf's heads. They felt soft. Rose smiled at the two wolves. "Hello." Her voice was light as the wind.

Ryne sat down and let Rose pet her head, "You're the Flower Maiden, aren't you? You can lead us to Paradise..right?" The gray wolf panted. Ryne suddenly did not feel tired any more. She looked down at the wounds she revieved from the two fights she had got in, and the bullet hole from the hunters. Both of them, vnaished without a trace.
She looked back up into Rose's red eyes, "..Uhh, thanks." She managed to say, she was so happy to finally meet her. To meet Rose, the one she had been searching for, ever since she was a pup, and she heard that voice speak to her in dreams.
"Search," it would say, "Search..For the Maiden, for she can lead your kind to Paradise..."

Rose didn't understand the wolf when she spoke. The only words she knew the wolf spoke were you, Flower, and Maiden. "Hhn?" Rose asked, tilting her head slightly to one side. She couldn't understand the she-wolf. For Rose had never learned to speak. So she didn't really understand when people would talk to her. [/color] |

'Hhn?" Kaaye thought. What does that mean!? "Er, Rose, what does 'Hhn' mean?" Kaaye had an idea what 'Hhn' meant but she just wanted to make sure.

Ryne stared at the maiden, she can't under stand us. Ryne glanced sideways, deep in thought. How could she explain this easier to Rose? Then it came to her! "Rose!" Ryne exclaimed, making sure Rose knew she was addressing her. When she got Rose's ful attention, Ryne changed into her human form and drew a few pictures on the sand ground. "Ok." She panted, now chaning back to a wolf, "Rose." She pointed to a drawing of the maiden, "Leads wolves," She then pointed to two stick drawings of what were supposed to be wolves, "To Paradise." She had no drawing for the place called paradise, just a circle with small flowers in it. No one really knew what that place was, and Ryne wanted to know if it was real or not. She had to see it for herself. "Understand?" Ryne woofed, jolting herself back to reality, "Rose-leads-us-to-Paradise." OOC:What if Lord Peace would appear here and steal Rose?  (just a plot idea :} tell me what you thinkie hhn?) |

Rose stared at the picture Ryne had drawn in the sand. She looked up. "Rose." She said, pointing to the stick figure, then herself. "Rose. Lead wolfs. To. Paradise?" Ok, he'll appear here once Rose understands about "Rose-leads-wolves-to-paradise" lol
"yes." Ryne woofed, "We're," she pointed to herself and Kaaye with her tail, "We're wolves. And Paradise is somewhere far away." She drew a long line in the sand, "Faaar away." She mused. "But we must get there."
She looked up to Rose, hoping she would understand.

"Yes!" Ryne almost leapt to her paws, "Yes!"
Her tail was wagging violently, "If we are going to Paradise, we should leave, now." She looked over to Kaaye, then to Rose, "Ready to leave now. It'll be a long journey."

Kaaye wagged her tail excitedly. She was ready for Paradise. "I'm ready to go!" the white she-wolf woofed, rising to her paws.

"No one's going anywhere." A voice came from behind the wolves.
Lord Peace began to walk toward the Flower Maiden, "Rose," He mused, and held out his hand, "Haven't you heard that you cannot trust wolves? They are messengers of Death don't you know?" He stood in front of Rose and drew his sword, he was ready to kill any wolves who got in his way.

Ryne's fur bristled, and she bared her fangs, her different colored eyes were burning with anger.
"Step away." She snarled, "Or I will make you." Her tail lashed angliry, "I will fight. Sword against claws and teeth." Her muscles tensed under her gray fur, she was more then ready to pounce.

Ryne took a step closer to Peace, his sword was ready to tear flesh.
"Rose, don't trust him." Ryne panted, turning her head to Rose, before lunging at the noble.
She sailed through the air, raking her claws on Peace's shoulder, then landing on the ground on the other side.

Peace held his shoulder for a moment, warm blood stained his perfectly good shirt.
"You!" He snarled, and charged at Ryne with his sword drawn.
He slammed the blade down, and smiled when he smelled the wonderful smell of wolf's blood.
He withdrew his sword from the wolf, then stepped abruptly back to Rose's side. He grabbed her hands, and held them behind her back.
"You cannot stop a noble." he snarled.
