Sakura was watching everything,again.She was always taking the back seat.She silently walked off to rest.She wasn't exactly the most liked member of the pack,but she was still needed.Something didn't smell right though.She ran back to the camp.Her mouth fell agape at what she saw.The small fire had spred to the leaves around it,setting it into a flame.She could see it was too big to put out.She ran around,looking for the others."Mia!Rose!Jaro!"She called,desperate.

Ryne finally came to the small clearing Demon, and Leo were.
She gasped at the sight of Leo curled up in a ball on the ground. She rushed over to him and knelt down beside him.
"Leo?" She turned her head to Demon, "What's wrong with him?"
Jaro's nose twitched, he smelled something.
Smoke..SMOKE?! His eyes shot open to see the makeshift camp in flames, and also, only he and Sakura were in camp.
"Sakura!" He called, changing to his human form and trying to fight his way past a short wall of flames, but right as he was about to try the flames grew larger. Singeing the a line of hair off his back leg.
"Dang!" he snarled and tried to howl for Sakura again, but the smoke from the flames made his lungs heavy.

Mia was pushed up against a tree, a small circle of flames, about the height of her waist, surrounding her. "Help!" she cried, tears forming in her eyes. Her lungs filled with smoke, she put her hands over her eyes. Leo...

Rose and Kaaye were close to where Leo, Demon, Sakura, and Ryne were. But Rose smelled smoke. Rose turned back suddenly and ran back towards camp. "Rose!" Kaaye called, turning around quickly. "Hm, whatever..." She ran the other way.

Leo looked up at Ryne. His coughing had stopped a bit. He breathed in a mouthful of air, but he smelled a faint scent of smoke. Smoke...Fire! His pupils became small and he stopped breathing for a second. Mia...
OOC: yeah, my asthma wasnt this bad, but im making his bad...

Sakura searched for Mia and Jaro.She finally got tired of searching around the fire.She jumped through a five foot flame.On the other side,she could see Jaro."Jaro!Where's Mia?!"Sakura called.She looked in both directions and ran to the right,in the direction of the others.She had managed to catch a whiff of Mia."Jaro!Follow me!"she said,grabbing Mia.Her insticts kicked in and she ran into the wind.Luckily,she was running towards the others."Everyone!Fire!Run!"Sakura yelled.

Ryne changed to a wolf and sniffed the air.
The scent of smoke hit her like an electric shock. She jumped to her paws, "...Jaro, Mia, and Sakura are back there. And...Rose ran back to help them...Oh great.." She growled.
Ryne wasn't sure what to do, leave Leo and help the others? Or stay with Leo and hope Sakura and Jaro get out alive with Mia and Rose.
Her questions were quickly answered when Jaro and Sakura tore into the clearing with Mia.
Ryne turned to Leo, "it's ok. They have Mia."
But her pupils grew wider, where was Rose. "Sakura, did you see Rose back there?"
Jaro panted heavily and followed behind Sakura. He had seen fires before, they were in fireplaces at the Work Place, but not one of them had ever gotten this big.
"Rose...Is back there?" He gulped, "Oh crap..."

Leo started breathing again when he saw Mia come through the trees. He got up and ran to her. "Mia, Mia. Are you alright?" he asked, hugging her. "Yeah..." she replied, hugging back.
"Rose is still back there?" Kaaye asked, her eyes wide. "I'll be back!" She ran towards the makeshift camp.

Rose was already running away from the fire. Kaaye ran into Rose, falling with a thud. "Rose!" Kaaye cried, grabbing her hand. "Come on!" She and Rose went running back towards the others.

Ryne fell onto her knees panting and staring at the ground before chnaging again into a wolf.
"Thank god," she panted at the sight of everyone safe, "But we can't stay here. The fire will only spread."
She looked ahead to Leo, "Do you think you'll be good enough to walk?"
Jaro trotted over to Demon and rested his head on her shoulder.
"At first I thought you guys were alreayd dead." He whispered in her ear, "But I knew it couldn't be true."

Everyone was safe. The wolves and the flower maiden. Koko scratched her head. It was sweaty from the heat. Plus she felt tired, but she wasn't ready to lay down. Other matters had to be taken care of. Leo's cough stopped. That was good. But something else poked at her. Her blue eyes looked at Demon. " way " she whispered. Koko was astonished! Demon could see again. But the celebration could wait.
Her skin became creme colored fur. Her blues were now golden. She walked on four legs instead of two. Ryne was though. The fire would spread. " We should get away from anything that can burn " Koko said " The more obsitcles that can be burned...the more trouble we have " her tail swishing nervously.

Ryne flipped her head around to see sakura fleeing.
"Kaaye, Mia, Jaro, Rose, follow after Sakura. You guys make it to saftey. Leo, do you want to go with them?" Ryne got to her paws, looking down at Leo, "I'm going to find Demon. She should of been back by now."
Jaro was shaking horribly as he stumbled over to Rose, in his human form.
He had to admit, even in the midst of all this danger, merely standing beside the Flower Maiden calmed him a bit. But he knew Demon was somewhere out there, in trouble.

Ryne nodded to Leo, then began running off towards the dancing flames.
She looked over her shoulder once or twice, to make sure Leo was ok behind her.
Jaro looked up to Rose. her eyes were glowing with reassurance, and he had to admit he felt a little safer.
"I-I'll be ok." He managed to woof.

Leo followed close behind Ryne. ...I have to face my fears... he thought.
Mia and Kaaye turned around and started after Sakura, Rose walking slowly behind them, waiting for Jaro to follow.

Jaro lowered his head, hoping Leo and Ryne would find Demon, then he trotted behind Kaaye, Mia, and Rose. Please.. He muttered under his breath, Come back...
Ryne had finally reached her destanation.
The flames here were tall, taller then usuall.
And a few feet away, Ryne saw Demon's body. She was lying, in a circle of fire.
Ryne stopped head in her tracks and stayed in her human form. She pointed with her hand to show Leo, where Demon was, that is if he already hadn't seen her.
"There," Ryne pointed.

Demons blood burned in the fire and the flames were tall. I have to find Jaro, she thought, in her unconiousness. Her black fur shined with the fire. Demon layed there. Not moving, couldn't move. There was an necklace on her neck. It was a saphire, glowing, and it had a black string around it. With gold holding the saphire up to the string. It was Demon's, she never bothered to put it on, in her wolf form. But, she had it on. How?

Leo stood next to Ryne, his heart beating. He stared into the flames, serching for Demon, ignoring the taunting flames of the fire. He looked where Ryne pointed and saw Demon.

Ryne gave a quick gulp before stepping closer to the "ring of fire". The flames danced so tall, that there was practically no way through them.
Ryne squinted her eyes and peered through the smoke and fire at Demon. She was laying on the ground, and something around her neck was glowing.
Ryne turned back to Leo.
"There's nothign else we can do," she turned her head back to the flames, and changed to her true form, "I'm going through it."
With that the she-wolf leapt, disappearing through the wall of flames. Only a yelp of pain could be heard, until she reached the other side.
OOC: I got burned one time by fire :} I was stupid when I was a kid and decided to touch it ^_^
Luckily for Ryne she only singed off some fur. lol.

Leo watched Ryne jump for the fire, eyes wide. "No!" he cried, but it was too late. The fire was high, too high to jump over. Come on... he thought. No! ...Yes! ...No! He fought with himslef. "Yes!" Leo yelped, jumping through the flames. As he jumped, he remebered the time when he jumped through the fire...to save Mia. Visions of Mia flashed in his head. A 'picture' of Mia smiling was in his head. Then all of a sudden it burst into flames, smoldering. Leo was brought back to the real world, and he felt the heat of the fire on his back, now in his human form. OOC: i've gotten burned by an iron before at my friends house. She was ironing her clothes and she put the iron on the bed. Then it fell.  but it didnt hurt! ^_^ |

Koko was with the otthers sae. For now though. But Koko was fighting with herself on the inside. " How could you let Demon go off like that!!? What's wrong with you? " she backed up and shook her head to clear it. " No..no " she said to herself. Maybe she should have went? Maybe staying here was the right thing? Poor Koko couldn't decide. Suddenly her past memories came flooding back. The vision of her father launching himself at the male wolf. The male wolf slashing her. It made her flinch. Then her father and the wolf falling off the building together came into view. " NOOOOO! " she cried and covered her ears. For some reason Koko ran through the flames! It wasn't in the direction of Ryne and Leo, but somewhere else. Koko ran as the image played none stop in her head.
