L sighed as he pushed open the door to the restraunt. His bare feet slid silently across the cool tile as he walked to the counter. A young woman at the counter looked up from the cash register as L walked in. "Hello, may I help you?" the woman asked. L looked up at the menu. "I'd like a strawberry sundae." L said, no emotion in his voice. "Alrighty then! That'll be 2.15!" the woman said enthusiasticly. L took the exact amount of money out of his pocket and handed it to the woman as she was handing him the sundae. "Thank you, and have a nice day!" the woman called as L walked away. L sat down in a booth, his knees level to his chest. He then dug into his sundae, ignoring the stares of others; they were probably staring at him because of the way he sat and the black "bags" under his eyes.  <3 |

A small tinkleing was heard as the restraunt door swung inward. A set of dark hidden eyes reflected the light. Stepping forword into the eating place a eye patch covered one scarred/sightless eye. A long pink ribbon flowed from around the girl's neck. Her hands fluttered at her side as if unsure why she was here. Stepping forward quickly Vitani made her way swiftly toward L Lawliet. Sliding into a seat in front of the male wolf she flashed a small smile. "You're a wolf too?" She asked quietly folding her hands into her lap. Her dress was clean as it was her only good peice of clothing.

L looked up from his sundae, chewing on a strawberry. He swallowed. "Yes, I am a wolf." L said, his voice emotionless. "Who are you?" The black "bags" under his eyes made his eyes look hard and soft at the same time.

"My name is Vitani I scented you a ways off and had nothing else to do." Vitani said her eye casting around the room quickly before she relaxed. She smiled and waved a waitress over. "Just a coffee black please." She told the girl handing her a five dollar bill. ((This is what Vitani looks like  |

"Oh," L said, picking up a strawberry with his fingers. "I'm L." He placed the strawberry in his mouth and chewed. L's gaze landed on a small bowl full of sugar cubes. He swallowed the strawberry. "I would like a coffee, too." L said to the waitress, already chewing on another strawberry.
He handed the waitress a five dollar bill.

Sikis walked into the restaurant looking scared this was his first time being so near humans but he was so hungry he was hoping he could find some left over food on a table. Sikis looked around and saw L and Vitani he sniffed the air wolves! he walked to where they were "hello"

The waitress came back with the coffee. She set the two cups down at the table, then walked away. "...Hello," L said to the wolf called Sikis, grabbing his coffee. L had already finished his sundae. He took one sugar cube and put it in his coffee. Then another. And another. Until L had formed a little mountain of sugar cubes in his coffee.

Vitani looked up startled at Sikis. She slid over in her spot to make room fro teh new wolf and offered him a seat. Taking a sip of her coffee the she-wolf half-smiled and waved. "Hello my name is Vitani." She said politly smoothing her dress. Her black hair glistened and she shook her bangs out of her face. Drinking a bit more of her coffee she waved the waitress back over to the table and asked the new arrival. "Would you like something to eat? I can pay if you are short on cash."

Sikis sat down "umm..I don't have any money" he was scared "its nice to meet you my name is Sikis"
